A defining moment in my artistic journey was collaborating with the renowned artist collective Ébullitions for the Rick Owens Show at Paris Fashion Week 2020. Our bubble performance brought a surreal element to the runway, where delicate, floating sculptures captivated the audience. The intricate interplay of soap bubbles and fashion highlighted the beauty of impermanence and transformation, resonating deeply with the avant-garde spirit of Rick Owens‘ design philosophy.
The performance garnered international attention, with features in prestigious publications such as The New York Times, Vogue Korea, Vogue Japan, Paper Magazine, and many others. This collaboration remains a significant milestone, merging high fashion with ephemeral art in a truly unforgettable way.

To bring this unique collaboration to life, an exceptional level of professionalism and coordination was required. Every element, from the meticulous choreography of the bubble performance to the precision timing of the models‘ runway walks, had to align perfectly in real-time. The performance involved not only the artists but also the models, stylists, and production team, all working in harmony to ensure that the ephemeral nature of the soap bubbles complemented the bold, avant-garde designs of Rick Owens. The success of this one-time performance was a testament to the dedication and expertise of everyone involved, and the ability to adapt and collaborate in a high-pressure, fast-paced fashion environment.
A highlight was the photoshoot we had with Danielle Levitt in her on-site photo studio: 12 playful bubble artists on a spot. As well as all the beautiful shots she took during the performance (series of B/W-photos).
