Bubble Practice for Organisations

Bubble Practice: Teams, Leadership & Organisations

Experiential workshops for connection, collaboration and new perspectives

What happens when people step outside their usual routines and try something together?

Working with soap bubbles creates an unusual shared situation. Participants have to pay attention, experiment, respond to one another and navigate moments of uncertainty. Familiar roles and patterns can shift, making aspects of communication, cooperation and group dynamics visible in a different way.

The experience is playful, but it is not play for its own sake. It creates something concrete to observe and reflect on.

For over 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership training, corporate culture research and consulting. As a published author in the field of corporate culture, I bring this background together with my work as an organisational researcher and artist, using the playful, transformative world of bubbles to create new ways of experiencing and reflecting on how we work together.

Resilience & well-being

What participants take away

From experience to reflection

The shared experience provides a starting point for reflection. What did we notice? How did we respond to one another? What became visible that might otherwise remain beneath the surface?

Depending on the context, the experience can open up new perspectives relevant to teams, leadership and organisational culture.
